With the growth of the company, T & D moved into a 10,000 sq. ft. building in the Oxford Industrial Park in Fall of 2003.
T & D offers state-of the-art, high precision, multi axis CNC Milling, Turning , Turn/Mill, and Swiss turning of Mid-sized to Smaller sized parts, from smaller to higher volumes. T & D is a true, full service machine shop as we will take care of all light assembly , welding , platings and most other value added services as requested.
T & D is utilizing the latest Mastercam cad/cam software, as well as shop control software , which enable precise job tracking and job costing. All this combines to help keep us as efficient as possible translating into attractive pricing for the quality products we manufacture.
T&D works with a wide variety of materials including, Aluminums, Stainless Steels, Titanium, Monel, Tool Steels, Super Alloys among others. We also machine most varieties of Plastics.
Serving the Medical, Electronics, Aerospace, Military, and Commercial markets, T&D has, and can meet and exceed, the highest quality standards of both commercial and military specifications. T&D utilizes the most modern and highest quality CNC machinery for consistent quality parts. This, combined with SPC (statistical process control) and a full final inspection, you can be rest assured that your parts will be manufactured to your specifications, and on time!
